Track a killer or become one in this refined game of deduction and bluffing set in 1888, in the London of Jack the Ripper! One player moves in the shadows to evade detection and complete his dark objectives while up to three others hunt him across London. A new standalone game in the Letters from Whitechapel series.
Hunt a murderer through the streets of Victorian London in Whitehall Mystery. One player secretly moves as Jack, attempting to reach four discovery locations around the Whitehall district, while the other players control three investigators working together to trace the hidden route. The game is a standalone entry in the Letters from Whitechapel series and condenses its central hidden movement contest into a focused investigation.
Jack records each move behind a screen while the investigator figures remain visible on the board. Investigators search nearby numbered locations for clues, using confirmed traces to reconstruct the route and predict the next destination. Jack must balance speed and deception, avoiding arrest while still completing the required journey within the available movement limit.
Special movement tiles allow Jack to use coaches, alleys and boats to change the shape of the trail, forcing the investigators to reconsider what they think they know. The investigative team must share information, cover streets and waterways, and decide when to search or make an arrest. Optional rules can adjust the challenge once both sides understand the core pursuit, supporting repeat plays with different routes and strategies.
