Grow a shared three dimensional tree and compete to produce the most valuable flowers in Bloomchasers. Every turn adds a new branch to the developing structure, followed by a coloured bud placed through the current weather effect. The result is a physical playing area that changes shape as the game progresses.
Players arrange buds into patterns that can bloom when the appropriate card appears. A completed flower may use one opposing bud alongside a player's own pieces, creating opportunities to benefit from a rival's careful positioning. Different flower types score according to the weather represented in the climate deck, rewarding players who read which blooms may become scarce and valuable.
The base game supports competitive, cooperative and solo play for up to four people. Twenty-four branches create the complete tree, and the game ends after they have all been placed. The plastic trunk, branches, buds and flowers are designed for repeated assembly while producing a colourful finished display at the end of the session.
